Circular Economy 4 Africa e.V. stands up for the development of the Circular Economy in Africa.
On 9th September 2020 fifteen members have founded the charitable association named „Circular Economy 4 Africa e.V.“. It promotes the education and employment in the field of the Circular Economy in Africa. By suitable projects CE4Africa aims to contribute for an effective and sustainable Circular Economy on the African Continent.
BDE President Peter Kurth is Chairman of the board. Participating in this project are the companies RODIEK, BlackForest Solutions, Yunus Environment Hub, Plastic2Beans, GreenTec Capital, TakaTaka Solutions, Carbon Afrika, eTrash2Cash an the Deutsche Biomasseforschungszentrum and the University Rostock. The association is beeing supported by the Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit.
